Terms of Service

By using the services of perisic.digital, you accept the following terms. These terms govern the business relationship between the service provider and the client.

All delivered materials (video footage, photographs, source code and website design) remain the intellectual property of the author until the full agreed price has been paid.

• The client receives full rights to use the materials and launch the website for commercial purposes after the final payment.
• We reserve the right to use projects (websites and video materials) for our own promotion and portfolio, unless otherwise strictly defined by contract.

The website development process takes place in phases (planning, design, development, testing) based on a previously approved project brief.

• The client is required to provide all necessary text and visual materials for the site in a timely manner.
• After the site is delivered and launched, technical maintenance, hosting and domain are governed by a separate contract or on an annual basis.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from subsequent unauthorized changes to the code or CMS made by third parties.

For aerial filming services, we are directly dependent on weather conditions. Safety is an absolute priority:

Booking a filming slot or the start of a project is considered confirmed after direct agreement (email, phone or form) and payment of a deposit if agreed upon. Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48h in advance.
